Welcome to Ji Hong Tai Chi & Qi Gong


Tai Chi Push Hands is a two-person exercise consisting of pre-defined and free style movements. It helps to develop not only the body, but also the mind, as learners are trained to constantly respond to their opponent’s changing movements. ​

Push hands training is a complement to forms practice. When two people are pushing hands, they are actually applying Tai Chi movements against a human opponent, reflecting the opposing influences of Yin and Yang.
